By accessing or using the Faithpath mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Faithpath is a spiritual wellness application that provides daily devotional content, scripture reflections, prayer tools, and community features to help users cultivate a consistent spiritual rhythm. The Service includes both free and potentially premium features.

To use the Service, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication providers (Google, Apple, or Facebook). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You retain ownership of content you create within the Service, including reflections, journal entries, and prayers ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you as part of the Service.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

The Service, including its design, devotional content, features, and branding, is owned by Faithpath and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

Devotional content provided through the Service, including scripture selections, insights, and reflection prompts, is for personal spiritual growth purposes only. Biblical texts are sourced from publicly available translations. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is free from error.

With your consent, we may send push notifications including daily reminders and spiritual prompts. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Faithpath is a spiritual wellness tool and does not provide professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faithpath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or interruption of service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or sending a notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Faithpath operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
